Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping zones & rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order value. Current standard rates include:

• European Union
  €4,95 standard shipping on orders up to €98,99
  Free shipping on orders of €99,00 or more
• International destinations
  €4,95 standard shipping on orders up to €98,99
  Free shipping on orders of €99,00 or more

Fulfillment & shipping origin

KitsSurvival works with multiple fulfillment partners and warehouses. Whenever possible, orders are shipped from a warehouse located within or closest to the customer’s region, including selected European fulfillment locations.

Some products are fulfilled from international warehouses (including outside the EU) when local stock is unavailable. This allows us to maintain availability while keeping pricing accessible.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times depend on the shipping origin, destination, and carrier. Typical delivery estimates are:

• European fulfillment: approximately 5–12 business days
• International fulfillment: approximately 7–30 days

These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

Customs, duties & taxes

For international shipments, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in product or shipping prices, unless explicitly stated at checkout.
