Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unused and unaltered
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or incomplete packaging may not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@vaysafe.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.

European Union – Right of withdrawal

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
